Refund
1.1 The Buyer will not be entitled to a refund from the Seller after which transaction is fully completed whether it is purchased from the Sellers site or the Seller premises. However; the Buyer is entitle to replacement of purchased Goods
1.2 If the Buyer request for any Goods to be exchanged for another item, it is advised a 24 hour decision which will be discussed between Seller and their supplier.
2.1 If this is agreed from the Sellers Supplier; Buyers are only entitled to exchange Goods in the same costs as purchased items
Exchange
2.1 If the Buyer chooses to exchange Goods less than the purchased items; again they will not be refunded from the Seller any costs differences
2.2 If the Buyer chooses to exchange Goods more than the purchased item; the Seller is entitled to charge Buyer for the extra costs of Goods and any other shipping costs included
Purchase Cancellation
3.1 The Buyer has 24 hours to cancel their purchase in order to receive a full refund from Seller. Any cancellation after this time slot therefore gives full legal rights to the Seller to charge 20% under the Admin Fee from the Buyers refund this will cover the cost of shipping fee spent by AUDIO LOCKDOWN LTD
3.2 AUDIO LOCKDOWN LTD has the legal right to refuse a refund for any damaged Goods caused by the Seller. If the Goods have any defects due to a Manufacture fault/error, the Seller is responsible to contact the Supplier to Refund/Replace items. But it is required that Buyers Goods will be sent to Sellers Supplier in which will be technically analysed for the cause of damage
4.1 If the Goods has been damaged by the Buyer; they have 2 options Options:
Option 1# Fixed costs for Repairs and Shipping
Option 2# Fixed costs for Replacement and Shipping
4.3 Buyer are also is entitled to keep their damaged Goods and repair it at their own risk; only though this will cause a immediate effect to their 12 months warranty which will be exempt and the Seller; AUDIO LOCKDOWN LTD; will therefore; no longer be liable nor responsible for any Goods repaired by Buyer and has the legal right to end the warranty for the goods.
Cancellation
1.1 The Buyers Login will be accepted by the Seller or its employees, servants or agents
1.2 The Login can not be cancelled by the Buyer once formed except with the agreement in Emailing of the Seller and on the terms that the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller in full against all loss, costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges (including legal costs) and expenses incurred by the Seller as a result of the cancellation.
